I am not sure of the person that I spoke with since he didn't introduce himself with his name. After identifying a vehicle, letting him know that I planned on trading and showing interest in buying he never once offered a price on my trade in. When I asked about trade in he provided a long song and dance about intense inspection process and offered to ""research market data and get back to me."" I drive a new body style van that is very clean not a 1980-1990s vehicle that would make someone hesitant to buy. Bad customer service or perhaps this person just didn't want to work that day.
