Complete and utter disastisfaction. I'm pretty easy on restaurants, and it takes a lot to disappoint me. But when I'm spending $70 per person and I'm in what is designed to feel like an upscale restaurant, I expect decent food. Not so here. Ordered Manhatten clam chowder, absolutely horrible, poor quality. Same consistency and flavor of Campbell's out of a can, and incredibly salty - and I generally like my food on the salty side, so I knew something was very wrong. My tablemate ordered a stuffed lobster tail. They put the lobster,crab, and sole in a thick cream sauce, which broke the flavor of the fish, and again with an absolutely outrageous amount of salt. Completely ruined the $50 dish. Sad excuse for a chef. Service was decent, but server really didn't care about our challenges with our food. And the old ""espresso machine is on the fritz"" (I hate that line) topped it off. Below average quality, and overpriced, will never go back again. Pity, I live 5 minutes away.
