II didn't have too much pain when I began visiting Dr. Joe but I was hoping to improve my athletic abilities and help alleviate pain in my shins that would come from running too often. My running times, which have not changed in about 4 months, have improved by 13 seconds per mile and I no longer have the shin pains. I'm finding that I have more energy throughout the day and have been better able to deal with stress that comes along in everyday situations.\r
