The bottom line with Pacific Stereo is that they will do what it takes to make you as the customer happy in the end, and when all is said and done, that's what's important.\r

I was buying a replacement subwoofer for my Jeep and wanted a custom enclosure in the back that'd take up less space and look like it was part of the original interior. Unfortunately, when I picked my car up at the end of the day, the work they did was poor. The box was not built as we agreed upon and looked clunky. I went home pretty upset and thought I just lost a bunch of $$ for nothing.\r

Here's the good news. I went back the next day and talked to the manager Steve. Steve was great - he acknowledged that the box wasn't built right and was quick to assure me that we'd get it taken care of. And they did! Steve wanted me happy, so we worked together and came to a solution. We talked more about what I REALLY wanted in my Jeep. We looked at photos, mapped out the space in my Jeep, put the sub in a temp box and listened to the sound quality - everything so that there'd be no surprises in the end.\r

They completely did the job again - at no additional charge - and this time did it very well. The new enclosure looks and sounds great - it's what I wanted from the start. Not everything is perfect, no - a couple of the guys working on the car cracked small pieces of my plastic interior. I pointed it out to Steve, and yet the next day when I was picking up the Jeep, I noticed a couple new places that they cracked from tightening the screws too tight. This is unfortunate and I wish they were more careful - as if it were their own car, but these details are minor when considering the overall job.\r

Yes, I wish we got it right the first time - but really, it says a lot about Steve and Pacific Stereo that they stood by their word about wanting to make the customer satisfied and didn't stop until it was done right.
Pros: Customer Service protected me from being disappointed. Ended very well.
Cons: Without the help of the manager, other workmanship was below par.
