Basically I bought my daughter a Browning Camo down jacket payed a 138.75 dollars. Followed the instructions on the label and the jacket leaks down on her t-shirts. I carried the jacket back to Ranch and Rider and after a week of trying to deal with them sherley told me that her friends had the browning down jackets and she had one and that they all leaked down. If this is the case i do not understand why somebody in buiness would sale a inferer product at a premium price and she would not stand behind her product and give a refund. so if anybody else is planning on buying from Ranch and Rider I would not recommed it because they do not stand behind there products.\r
P.S. I WILL LET MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW HOW THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED (VERY UNBUSINESS LIKE). ALSO PART OF THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.\r
