This company is terrible. My car got towed, and nobody would help me out. I didn't have enough paperwork to get it out, and by the time I was able to acquire it, the bill was so high, it wasn't worth bailing the car out.\r

The man with the heavy accent is the most rude, unprofessional man I have ever spoken, or TRIED to speak with.\r

The organization wouldn't even let me into the lot to pull my personal objects from my car, that they were able to legally steal from me.\r

Tow a car (illegally, mind you), keep it, and don't allow the original owner near it. Then sell it at auction. What a profitable business.
