This is the absolute best sushi in southern California ! The two best things about the restaurant are the quality of food, and the friendly chefs. Ted, and Matt make you feel right at home. I have become a regular over the years. Just let them know what kind of fish is your favorite, and let them make you your own special creation. I've tried Tommy's and other popular sushi places, and every tme, I regret not going to Kai instead. Give it a try. Thursdays are the best time to go for dollar saki night !
Pros: super high quality food, friendly staff
Cons: I don't have enough $ to eat sushi every day
