she fixed a really, really, REALLY bad bleach that another salon had done and my hair turned out EXACTLY how i initially wanted it (i told her i wanted the same shade as jessica simpson). she's super sweet too and isn't awkward like some stylists. i wish i hadn't moved to salt lake only because i haven't found a stylist comparable to her, she's great!
