My garbage cans have been left in the street with the lid off and tossed to the side, there has been no recycling pickup for a week, and as it's a city contract you can't change who picks up your trash! \r

Maybe we should just dump it on their front steps for when they don't pick up? (the wonderful city of portland or heiberg, take your choice). \r

Very nice people when you call in, but their haulers are less than to be desired.
