Decent neighborhood, right on busline on WSP/SSP/IGH border. Methodist Church a few blocks a way and very close to Robert St. which makes shopping easy (since a lot of people here rely on the bus). Largely Hispanic population where I live, so you'll see signs in English and Spanish and the staff are fluent in Spanish. Lots of families with small children. Amenities OK, including indoor pool and exercise room. Decor a bit dated. Rents a bit high ($690 for 1BR) so it's not the BEST value, but... which is why I give it 3 out of 5. Management, though, is very professional.
