I needed to loose weight so joining a club was a bit off my list of normal. I'm sure glad I did. The folks at Anytime Fitness have put together some remarkable programs. I have custom printed workouts to follow and a meal program with foods that I will actually eat. All the tools needed to reach my goals. Just finished my first twelve weeks and I am 22 and 1/2 pounds closer to my goal. Thank you for helping me this far. \r
