I am writing this in response to the post the owner of Sit Still wrote when my wife posted an honest review (read review ""Bad experience! ""by username Kund) about what happened at this salon.\r \r Writing flat out lies about me beeing embarassed in the salon when my wife demanded the money back after what they did to her hair is just wrong.\r I actually encouraged her to stay strong and be firm on that point since she had been there 3 times and spent 5-6 hours when they tried to get her hair back into an acceptable state. \r \r Even though it was settled by the manager that Tommy would be compensated for his work he and Mandee got into an argument about the initial tip right in front of all the costumers and THAT is what made everybody embarassed! \r \r I can't beleive I have to spend time writing this but I will NOT accept lies being posted about me. An owner of a business must realize that they can't please everybody and take responsibility for when things does not go as planned. My wife wrote an honest review without beeing mean and the owner responded by basically declaring her a BAD costumer that lies. \r \r I can only imagine what the owner will come up with in response to this. At this point we are done with this matter and hope that other costumers wount have to go through what we did. more
