When it comes to building a custom machine, or buying a new one, working with computers when you don't know what you're doing is never a fun task.... until I met Techno Rescue. I haven't dealt with people that easy to work with in so long I can't even remember. They're knowledge and friendly attitude was such a nice change of what customer service has unfortunately evolved to. They talk so you can understand what they're saying, and never talking down making you feel like you don't know anything about computers. If you're in the market for a new computer, or upgrading an existing machine, go to Techno Rescue and you won't regret it.
Pros: Knowledgable, relaxed staff, easy to communicate with, and cheap prices.
Cons: Absolutely none.
