My name is Thomas and i sent some paper work in on Oct 3 2008 and the paper work was lost. Brian smith my case worker called me on Nov 12, 2008 and told me he found it and not to worry. now i am getting a letter from social security saying i'm not in there system please i don't reasive anything other then this assistance please don't drop the ball!!!!!
