The technician came last Monday 12/1 and told us that he can fix the TV for the amt of $350.00. After several attempts to fixed the issue, the needed part/s were not available so he told us that he should be back the following day 12/2. He then collected the $95.00 out of the $350.00. We've waited for the guy to come back the next day and we later found out after calling them that the parts will not be available for the next 2 to 3 days. The weekend has come and gone and we never left the house thinking we will get a visit from the tech but unfortunately, there was no visit nor a courtesy call. We left a message Sunday asking their office to call us Monday and let us know of the schedule/s so we can make arrangements. Monday has come and gone - no courtesy call. Left another message this morning Tuesday, but again no calls received from the office. This was not the kind of customer service I expected from this company. I hope the management can read this review and take the necessary action. It is poor customer service having customer waiting for a call back. WE SHOULD NOT BE CALLING THEIR OFFICE ALL THE TIME AND NOT GETTING A CALL BACK. Communication is a key element to customer service. If they truly care of their customers they should at least attempt to initiate the contact. I hope we get the call sooner since we already paid $95.00 for a repair that was never done. My TV has been dismantled and so far, I am very dissatisfied with the service and NOPE I will not refer this company to any of my friends, co-workers or family members.
