I have owned at Circle Tree for 11 years now and just love it. I have a great circle of friends and neighbors and am proud to call it home. I pay an HOA fee and get my money's worth thats for sure. The onsite manager Andrew is so great and always gets the job done right. The community is clean and the people are just wonderful they even have little doggie stations for the dogs and supply the poopy bags(How nice is that) They have a security committee and they keep a great eye on the place. I feel safe here day and night unlike the condo I owned in Phoenix. The HOA will not knit pick over the small stuff they just ask for reasonable upkeep on your property. If you are thinking of purchasing your next home here I know you will be as happy as I am with my choice. Now is the time to buy and I bet you can get a great deal on a unit here.\r
