I am getting ready to have surgery and I have been referred to Dr. Mattox by both friends and the medical community. I will let you know how this surgery goes. It is a surgery that will entail both a hysterectomy and prolapse of the bladder repair. This is unique in that some surgeons do not recommend a hystectomy at the same time as a prolapse bladder repair - so stay tune this is a scientific event in the making. The staff and Dr. Mattox seem to be very professional and extensively knowledgeable in their field. I will give Dr. Mattox a 5 star rating if the surgery is a success and I have had time to recoup and acknowledge all that I have been through. Plus I am planning to run long distance again. This I know will take some time but I will aspire to run a 5k , four months after surgery, and in 1-2 years try to run even further distances so stay tune. Right now Dr. Mattox you get a 4 star as the total program is not yet completed :) Your prayers are appreciated.
Pros: Very good test evaluation system in place to diagnose/prognosticate evaluation of the total picture.
