The fries were completely cold (for the second time, I decided to give the place another shot) and any meat you order is never cooked to specification. Saying ""medium"" will always equal ""well done"". Just to find out how true this was, I ordered ""medium rare"" and got a hockey puck instead. The ""chef"" must have the burner consistantly set to HIGH, seeing as that the nachos tasted like they'd had every bit of moisture evaporated from it. \r

The ""chef"" should be fired. It doesn't take a genius to cook meat. \r

On the other hand, the wait staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Almost as if they knew what was coming after the orders left our mouths.
