I was promised that my alterations would be ready in a week for a event that I had. I showed up on the day that I was supposed to receive my dress and it could not even be found. Finally, it showed us in a bag under a pile of other clothes?? ....and nothing was completed. I was unable to wear to my special event. The woman offered no apology and did not even want to give me my money back??? Unbelievable!!!
