My fiance's parents live in Santa Fe, and our trips practically revolve around how many times we get to go to La Choza. Service is typically great and the food is consistently amazing. It is not wildly sophisticated (an enchilada is an enchilada), but it is the most flavorful, fresh, and delicious New Mexican I've ever had. Please note that my fiance and I are both vegetarians, so I don't have a lot of experience with their meat dishes. I could n't recommend it more highly. We're thinking of having them cater our wedding!
