I was a member of Bally Total Fitness before I joined Total Woman. The service and respect I got from Bally?s staff was horrible. The moment I walked through the doors of Total Woman gym, I was cheerfully greeted by the front desk workers. The staff is so helpful and they always have a smile on their face. The facial I had from Lori was divine. I felt so refreshed afterwards. When I did have a little complaint, the front desk worker Ashley, really listened to what I had to say and got it fixed for me. I have never had such great service at a gym before. I would highly recommend for all women to join.
