Ordered a nice knife online for a family member for Christmas from these guys. First, they screwed up my order and I had to speak with them several times over the phone to correct it. Next, when the knife came it was broken (it would not open at all). Then, after speaking with them and being directed to speak with the manufacturer I tried to call them back for furter assistance only to find out that they closed early that day... a fact of which they did not enlighten me to when I had spoken with them just minutes before. Finally, I left my name and number and a description of my problem on their voice mail and here it is 3 days later and I am still waiting on a call back. more
