Why won't you (the Rule Makers) allow your department to have their email's listed? Have you ever left any thing of importance behind after a hospital stay or hotel stay? Getting a return phone call is impossible. For Pete's sake MCE should be more user friendly. Too many of us work for Company's that understand it takes half a working day to get through or to get Insurance cards replaced or one of the office's listed to call back!!!
