Have had them try to repair two ranges. After scheduling five attempts at a repair for the first range (two of these attempts involved CR either having the wrong part with them or a broken part with them), I gave up and got a new range. The new range has another problem. So far, I have been waiting a month for the part to come in and never get any update from Central Repair. I am always calling them. Also, you have to set aside an entire day for them. They only call the morning of the scheduled repair to narrow it to the am or pm.
Cons: Can't repair, does not communicate, very inconvenient scheduling
