I think El Zarape is fantastico! The food is so delicious and is reasonably priced. I love their caldo- it is a wonderful beef and vegetable soup. I also enjoy their fish tacos, which with he sauce is very tasty. The ervice is excellent. It is conveniently located in downtown Imperial, across from the Anazao coffee house and is well worth the drive from anywhere in the Imperial Valley.
Pros: great food, especially fish tacos and caldo, good service, and not expensive and is casual
Cons: not open on Sundays.
