one of the faucets i bought wouldn't turn off, now it is below freezing and i still have no water...my advice is to plan ahead, because they are closed on sundays so start your project early in the week...they gave me no trouble exchanging, but when you are plumbing you expect the product to work the first time especially when the faucet is $70 compaired to a cheaper plastic version at mernards for $36...however mernards is also open on sunday
