This title company is inefficient, unprofessional, and incompetent. They do not return your phone calls. They do not answer messages. They act as if they are doing you a favor! I was buying a foreclosed home and the title company stopped to closing because the deed was not recorded. Then they NEVER checked to see when it was recorded. The realtor had to contact the title company and show them the county records. Isn't that the whole point of paying for a title search? Then the title company stopped my closing because they wanted to update their records. They did not give a clear date for my closing. This process took more than 2 months. They are just horrible and impersonal. I cna't wait to file a complaint with the attorney general. Don't use this title company if you don't have to.
Cons: Unprofessional, inefficient, withholds information, bad customer service, etc.
