Was referred to this place by a friend. Can't say I received great customer service when planning my event. I spoke to a live person once. This person promised to email me floor plans within the hour, but I didn't receive them until 2 days later. Three calls placed after the initial call were not returned so I moved on to some place else. I figured their unresponsive is a testament of their overall customer service and if they are behaving like that now I can't imagine what would have happened if I would have actually rented from them.

Cons: Customer Service is terrible
