I, personally, have grown up around Daystar and cannot imagine somewhere I would rather donate my time. When you walk in the precious yellow house in Berry Hill, you are immediately greeted by a shaggy sheep dog named Molasses and a warm and inviting staff. I recently heard a mom of a highschool senior girl describe Daystar as a place where kids and adolescents can come when they come upon those unadvoidable hiccups in life. Daystar has showed thousands of people how to grow out of those hiccups since 1985 and is currently serving 577 families in the Nashville community.
