This is absolutely the worst customer service/repair experience I have ever had with a compnay. Took a TV in to get repaired. Brighton TV had it for three months and they HAD ME looking for the parts for them. After telling them I was coming to get it to take to another place, they suddenly could not find it and said ""we can throw out your merchandise after 10 days - I am not even sure it is still here"". Am thinking about legal action against them and would NEVER, EVER recommend that anyone use them for anything. On top of this, they are extremely rude - they have no idea how to treat a customer. I do not know how they stay in business.
