I have used this dealer for 10 years after buying a new MB ML320 from them. My comments are related primarily to the service dept. They are as professional and courteous as you'll ever find in a dealership. My service advisor Enio has always been efficient, straightforward and helpful. As you might expect, MB dealer service is not always the cheapest but I've learned they are trustworthy and always do it right the first time. They also give you a ride when you drop your car off for service and the valet crew is also very pleasant to deal with. Added nice touch is that they vacuum and wash the car each time it is in for service. Again, don't expect a bargain but you do get your money's worth and a hasslefree experience.
