I have heard many negative opinions about this place's service but after tonight i have to say that everything i heard was right, our waitress was an older woman who looked like she hated her job and did not want to be there at all, we were a party of four and after being seated she came and asked my wife what she wanted to drink to our surprise she took my wife's order and then turned away and left, we looked at each other in surprise as if we did not exist at all. Then she came back and took our orders for drinks, absolutely horrible attitude, and it did not get better through out the night she was snobby and unfriendly. The food i have to say was real good from appetizers to our desserts everything was great, i was waiting for the manager to stop by as they should when you dine in a place like this, he did show up but only to the tables next by and did not bother himself to stop at our table and ask how we are doing, overall i have to say compared with other establishments the staff at McCormick and Schmicks have alot to learn as far as customer service goes.I am giving them a rating of below average because to me service comes before food.
Pros: Awesome Food
Cons: They need to go back to Customer service 101!!!!!!!!!!!!
