I live at Casa Del Prado - rented by Rondell Homes. Management at Casa Del Prado is just horrible. About a month ago I called management (Jessie) and told her my outlets were not working well. I plugged my vacuum cleaner and it made a small explosion, I got electrocuted and it burnt my vacuum cleaner motor. I informed her of it and she said she would take care of it and be compensated for my vacuum cleaner. She would call me back to let me know when someone would come to fix the outlets. A couple days later there was a note INSIDE my apartment that someone was there WITHOUT my authorization. I called management to ask WHY people were allowed in my apartment without calling me first as they said they would. They then said they would call me back to let me know when they would come back to fix the outlets. it's a month later, my outlets are still not working well and NO DAMN PHONE CALL!!! This is not the only time this has happened. Management NEVER returns calls. They don't care for their tenants. I'm waiting for my son to get electrocuted as I did so I can get my lawyer involved. Rondell needs to get rid of current management. Bring Jonelle BACK, she cared for her tenants!!!!
