I had Allston Insurance from 2004-2008. They did not get in the way of any claims filed. They were horribly unresposive however and frequently lost paperwork. They are not evil, just incompetent. It took me two months to get them to cancel my auto policy. I am still trying to get my Renter's policy canceled.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: Horribly Incompetent
