I've had the ""upgraded"" cable service for only a few weeks, and I find myself re-booting my cable box at least once a week because of problems of Time Warner Cable's making. Re-booting takes roughly half an hour, so you are liable to miss most of whatever show you wanted to see. You'll waste even more time calling their customer service line, as hold times often exceed half an hour. DirecTV will soon have my business.
