The food is ecclectic and pricy. There aren't any ""true"" meat and potatoes on their menu. Service tends to be slow and several times when dining there the orders have been incorrect. This isn't the only thing that angers me though. While attending the Swing Band performance on the 2nd floor, I was approached by the manager and verbally told off. Whatever happened to proper customer service and etiquette? You DO NOT go to a customer, no matter the what (when there was opportunity to talk to them earlier about something in private) and verbally tell them they are extremely rude when there are other patrons!!!! Being used as an example to other patrons is not PROFESSIONAL.
Pros: Ambience is good - lots to see
Cons: Slow service and rude management
