Bought a set of tires by phone for my son, a student at UT for very good ""on-the-road"" price. Three weeks later my son scraped a barrier in a construction zone leaving for home for the holidays. After having the truck towed to Free Service Tire, they correctly evaluated a damaged tie rod, cut tire, and brake pads that gotten down to metal and gouged rotors on the truck. Their work was completed in less than half a day, with a crosstown trip to the Cooper Tire warehouse to get a matching tire at no additional charge. Once repaired, I was given a phone update on the final findings and work done. Vehicle was safely made road-worthy for a very fair price for quality work. The service advisor, Ben, is very helpful, trustworthy, and reliable.
