Customer beware! I am a first time customer and the service was less than stellar. Although the people were nice and professional when I called, the communication was all one way...that is, me calling to get a status on the repairs. The guy working on my computer twice promised to call me back later in the day with an update and never did. After initially telling me that I'd have my computer back in 7-10 days, they kept it for THREE weeks! No apologies, just excuses.
