I wasn't acknowledged while I stood in the car stereo center for 20 minutes, until I said I was going to Best Buy. I purchased a XM radio. It has only been a month and the wiring started dangling at my feet. I also can not even hear it now. I spent all that money and can't even enjoy it. The service guy was rude and never told me how to use it. I didn't even get a book or manuel for my XM radio system to tell me how to use it. It was the worst experence I have ever had. I travel and just wanted to enjoy music while I drive. I also needed speakers and was discouraged for getting any. I was told that I probably didn't need any, even through my driver's front doesn't even work. I should have went to Best Buy like I was going to.
