This Japanese fusion restaurant offers a variety of dishes from all over, they have dishes like Bibimbap (Korea), Szechuan-style tofu (China), grilled pesto salmon (Italy), rib-eye steak, chicken wings, and of course all the sushi rolls. The best dish by far was the Beef Tataki - seared prime beef slices on top of balsamic vinaigrette sushi rice topped with crispy fried onions. I also tried their chinese dish (Szechuan-style spicy tofu) and it was kind of slimey and bland. Their pork chop was overcooked and dry. Maybe they should stick with Japanese fusion instead of everything fusion.
