I rarely get riled up enough to rant about a restaurant, but Typhoon pushed me over the edge tonight. I called in a to-go order (bags of gold appetizer and 1 order of yellow curry chicken.) I arrived to pick it up and stood at the counter holding my squirming daughter for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. A party of 2 was seated, a party of two placed a to-go order, the hostess was at the counter the ENTIRE time, the manager even came up! I work in customer service myself, and in my opinion, it only takes a minute to say to a waiting customer,""I'll be with you in just a moment."" Finally, it was one of the other patrons that said to the manager,""She is just picking up a to-go order and has been waiting for quite a while.""
