I tend to disagree with any pet store that sells puppies. They are housed on wire grates, which gives them permanent nerve damage to their feet. They may live in clean conditions, but they are still not getting the best of care. The owner is very rude and always answers your questions with a ""know it all"" attitude. He likes to talk down to people. Most of the employees have no idea about the proper care of the animals, and it shows. Don't trust what the employees say. Do your research before going to Petland for any pets or supplies.
Pros: Basic selection of companion pets.
Cons: Employees do not know much about the animals or their care.
