Recently, my fiancee was involved in a car accident on 10/6/2008. His driver side was smashed by a customer of American Access. After 2 weeks of the adjustor telling us they could not contact the driver and they were going to have to deny the claim. So I took the liberty of contacting the customer and asking her to please call in and tell her side. She did and claims now that her car was stolen. So after I did all the work for the company including tracking down the police report, the client, and all the information, they decided the their client's story was good enough and that they would only offer us half of the claim which is completely unacceptable. This company is awful, I cannot believe that Illinois would be willing to give them a license to practice insurance policies. I am planning to file a complaint with the Department of Insurance and I hope to have this resolved very soon.
