I've been to the Rio several times in the last 2 years. I stop by for cheap snacks during Happy Hour or before a long night of bouncing around bars.
Pros: Great 1st stop and tasty happy hour eats.
Cons: I prefer my ritas in a pint glass---less likely to spill.
