I looked at this website for a review before calling payless appliance repair. Eventhough it was a 4-5 star review, I was disappointed with my service call. My washer was inconsistantly working. I felt like they didn't want to look at it. They just wanted the service call money. He wasn't knowledgeable about servicing the unit. He didn't even look inside the unit to see if it was something minor. He explained at first it would be around $100 for a new timer and later said it was over $200. I would not recommend this business.
