I have never felt less appreciated from a bank, and I have dealt with the big banks for most of my adult life. The phone center is both time consuming and ineffective. I had a teller, after almost twenty minutes on hold, tell me that I should be pleased with the inadequate solution she gave me to my problem. That was after she conferred with management twice.
Pros: Local banking, somewhat competitive rates
Cons: Argumentative phone tellers, inefficient internet service, hidden fees, poor locations
