took our dog there over a month ago for the first time & last. no pick up hrs on sunday AM. they charge you the whole day even if you pick up within their window---without notifying you---that's $40 you can tack on. i complained & they offered to refund the day AND the bath (which i agree is excessive and said they didn't have to, just the $40) and no one--and i've spoken to 3 people including two that called themselves managers--knew/knows how to refund credit cards. Just really frustrated with them--have given up on my $40 refund---I suggest finding someplace else.
