I had planned for a couple of years to move to the Raleigh area. I was working w/ a real estate agent from a big agency for a year. I would fly back & forth from CT to NC for day trips looking at houses. I finally decided on a house. What happened next is one of those things that at the time you just don?t understanding why it is happening. But boy would I find out! I ended up having to rent a few month before buying. I was really upset. My Dad came down a few months after, who happens to be a contractor. He informed me the house needed way to much work, and wasn?t worth half what they were asking. Who listens to their parents, right. I went ahead with the process of buying the home. The house totally FAILED the inspection. I was devastated! I?m thinking how could I move down to NC and end up being homeless! The real estate agent dropped me like a hot potato. My sister & I started looking on our own. We went to see a house in Garner. The house was nice, but there was a even nicer one. We took the number & called Royal Homes. The next evening met a very warm & friendly woman named Kimberly. The house was bright, big & beautiful. While she was showing us around, I felt absolutely no pressure. The only thing I felt was sincerity. That was a Friday evening. Sunday we met Kimberly again & put a deposit down. We also had to move very quickly from the other house. Somehow Kimberly was able to close in a month! Then came what I was dreading, my Dad came down again. I was holding my breath. He couldn?t get over the craftsmanship that went into every aspect of my new home. Boy was I relieved! Not only did I get fabulous & amazing home, but also I have a friend for life. When I am ready to move again there is only one place I will go, Royal Homes!
