I told the woman there i did not want to cut my hair too short. i just wanted layers in the front. I got layers throughout my hair and although she did not cut the bottom bottom portion of my hair everything else was completely layered and short. She did not listened to me at all. she just did her own thing. I think her name was patricia. Horrible haircut. My hair is all chopped up!
