I have been going to Melody's for almost two years now and I have not one complaint. I have two small dogs and they are always treated well as am I. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. In fact one of my dogs has high anxiety and does not take well to people in my own family but has no problem going to the groomers. They cater to my dogs and even let them wait in the same kennel as they wimper when they are apart. As far as dogs being scared and running with their tails between their legs at home maybe that is an issue of the household. I say this because dogs have memory and do know where they have been wronged. If something happened at the groomers then he would show fear when ever he returned there not when he is at home.
Pros: Fair prices friendly staff and clean facility
Cons: I should've found this place sooner
